Part of the fun of travel is telling stories. What you loved about a place. What you hated. And what you learned about the locals.

But even more fun is reading hilarious tweets that capture the essence of a place, whether they are true or not. We turned to Twitter to get the global opinion on European countries, many of which came from loyal countrymen who simply wanted to tell the truth about their homeland.
